Change Toothbrushes in the Summer
When was the last time you changed yours or your child's toothbrush? Don’t worry if it has been more than three months, but go ahead and change them now! It's recommended to change your toothbrush about every three months due to wear and tear on the bristles, germs, and you should always change your brush after an illness. For young kids, go out and purchase your child the perfectly sized toothbrush with soft bristles and throw those germs away! For older kids and grown-ups, we recommend an electric toothbrush with a removable head that you can replace regularly. A new toothbrush is the best gift you could give your mouth this summer as you pave the way to good oral health.
